Patrick Kelley is President of Falco, Smith & Kelley, Ltd. Patrick is also Chairman of Oakwood Management Company, a real estate property management firm that actively manages over 12,000 units in Central Ohio. He is a longtime member of the Columbus Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and Columbus Commercial Industrial and Investment Realtors. A native of Columbus and graduate of The Ohio State University, Patrick holds a Master of Arts degree in Business Administration, and an Undergraduate degree with a major in Real Estate.
Mr. Kelley’s civic and community affiliations include Past President of the Board of Trustees of Nazareth Towers, Past President of the Board of Trustees of PARC – Parsons Avenue Redevelopment Corporation, Member of the Mount Carmel Foundation Board of Trustees, Member of The Reeb Center Board of Trustees, Member of the Polaris Owners Association Board of Trustees, and Past President and Member of the Board of the Greater Columbus Irish Cultural Foundation.
Patrick is a Partner in Polaris Centers of Commerce, and is active as the managing partner of recent developments including Northlake Woods, a 240-acre residential development located in Delaware County, and Beulah Park, a 220-acre mixed-use development adjacent to the Grove City Town Center. Beulah Park is recognized as one of the finest lifestyle communities in Central Ohio and includes multi-generational living surrounding a 32-acre community park known as The Park at Beulah.
Along with his wife, Lisa, Pat is a proud father of eight daughters and 12 grandchildren.
