Contact Us TodayThe seeds of our company date back to 1934, when Paul J. Falco first received his real estate license, before obtaining his brokerage license in 1948. Paul would go on to form Falco, Smith & Kelley, Ltd. with Jim Smith and Don Kelley, forming the basis of our company and our approach to real estate brokerage. Our brokerage activity started in the residential realm and evolved into commercial as well as our development activity increased over time, positioning us today as a leader in Central Ohio.
Our HistoryFalco, Smith & Kelley serves as the leasing agent for a vast array of local businesses and retail centers in the Columbus area. Much of our business comes from relationships and personal referrals, such as our involvement in the Shoppes on Muirfield in Dublin. But we also act as brokers for our own developments, such as The Shoppes at Beulah and (coming soon) Beulah Crossing, both in Grove City. We’ve brokered about $100 million in commercial deals over the last 20 years alone.
Commercial ListingsResidential brokerage has been at the heart of what we do since our company’s beginnings. Our residential brokerage is heavily based on our development activity, as well as relationships and referrals. Over the course of the past two decades, Falco, Smith & Kelley has brokered approximately $20 million in residential deals.
