A fairly recent transplant to the Columbus area by way of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Josh Burns has found his home in Grove City. Josh is a 2021 graduate of Washington & Jefferson College, where he was a four-year member of the football team (wide receiver) while majoring in Business Administration. Having always had an eye for real estate, Josh interned at the Polaris Center of Commerce while receiving his real estate license before joining Falco, Smith & Kelley. He plays a major role in all aspects of real estate while specializing in commercial leasing.

An action-oriented person with a hard work mindset, Josh found the transition to real estate from his previous interest in hospitality to be natural, given the focus on serving clients. Outside of the office, Josh enjoys spending time with family and friends. He also enjoys attending sporting events. In his free time, he’s developed an interest in playing Pickleball.
